Anita Hartog – Founder & Board President
Anita Hartog is a devoted mental health advocate, certified Christian life coach, and licensed real estate professional with a deep passion for serving those often overlooked or forgotten. She founded One Heart at a Time to be a bridge of hope—especially for youth, women, and families facing hardship, trauma, and transition. Her own journey through pain, loss, and healing fuels her unwavering mission: to ensure that every person feels seen, heard, and loved. Whether she’s mentoring teens, speaking publicly, hosting her podcast The Other Side, or leading vision-driven outreach, Anita’s heart remains the same—to bring light into dark places, one heart at a time.
YVETTE SEYMOUR - VICE PRESIDENT
Dr. Seymour brings a powerouse of experience, heart and leadership. A proud graduate of USC with a Doctorate in Education, she currently serves as Portfolio Director of IT/GRID Systems Security at 4Liberty and previously hedged executive roles at Southern California Edison. She was recently honored with the 2024 Latina Hispanic Influence Award, and she continues to impact lives as a mother, grandmother, and lifelong mentor. Her heart for service aligns perfectly with our mission to empower, uplift, and inspire the next generation.
Blanca Moreno - Spanish Community Liaison & Heart Ambassador
Blanca Moreno serves as our Spanish Community Liaison, bringing passion, wisdom, and lived experience to her role. Nearly 20 years ago, Blanca turned her life around through faith and a deep commitment to her family. What began as a personal journey of healing quickly became a calling to serve others—especially youth and families in need of love, support, and second chances.
From opening her home to teens who lacked nurturing to managing low-income housing with compassion, Blanca has consistently shown up for her community with heart and humility. Today, she leads our outreach to Spanish-speaking families, helping bridge the gap between services and those who need them most. Her ability to connect, uplift, and walk alongside others is a gift we’re proud to have on our team.
