I’m Anita Hartog, a Certified Life Coach, mental health advocate, podcast host, author, and founder of One Heart At A Time Foundation.
I became certified as a Life Coach not to build a coaching practice, but to better understand and serve the people I work with, especially teen girls and young women navigating some of the most important and challenging years of their lives.
Through my own experiences with heartbreak, loss, healing, and personal growth, I’ve learned the importance of emotional regulation, self-worth, resilience, connection, and having a safe place to be heard.
Today, I use my training and lived experience through One Heart At A Time Foundation to help create those spaces.
My work focuses on empowering teen girls and young women to better understand their emotions, recognize their value, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and know that a difficult chapter does not have to define the rest of their story.
My purpose is simple: to help young people feel seen, heard, supported, and reminded of something they may have forgotten:
You are stronger than you realize. You are more resilient than you know. And you are capable of more than you can imagine.

"We delight in the beauty of the butterfly but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty."

Anita is truly passionate about sharing her story with others, weather it's in person or on her Podcast. Because she believes that feelings of shame, embarrassment, and fear are some of the things that can lead to depression and anxiety. It has become her life's purpose to open up and connect with people, whether it's speaking to a crow
Anita is truly passionate about sharing her story with others, weather it's in person or on her Podcast. Because she believes that feelings of shame, embarrassment, and fear are some of the things that can lead to depression and anxiety. It has become her life's purpose to open up and connect with people, whether it's speaking to a crowd or just having heart-to-heart conversations. She wants everyone to understand that we all have our own stories, and they are never alone in their battles because there's always someone who cares and can relate.
